Today’s Fitness Log

This is just a quick note on tonight’s gym time. I already published a post for today so this one is a log for my own reference.

Time with the Machines and Pool

  • Chest Press 4.5kg, 20x
  • Sit-up 20x
  • Torso Rotation 14kg, 40x
  • Lat Pulldown 11.5kg, 10x
  • Hip Flexer 5x
  • Abdominal 40x
  • Running 30min = 3km at 5.5-7.5km/h, slope 2.0%
  • Diet Trainer 5min @ 25
  • Leg Press 10x
  • Pool – 60min of crawl and backstroke drills
  • Diet Trainer Didn’t do this.

I could actually feel some improvement: when I first joined the gym I could only do 1 rep at the Hip Flexer (where you stand and let your legs hang, and then use your ab muscles to bring up your legs to hip level), now I can do 5 :)
