I don’t know, but a few years back we purchased a set, the Slendertone System Abdominal Muscle Toner for women.
I used the belt for a few weeks and then abandoned it. Because my abs were all fat and no muscle it was actually painful to use. At that time I wasn’t really serious about getting fit.
It’s different now.
So after gathering dust somewhere in a dark corner of the house the belt saw the light of day today. The batteries had run out so I was only able to do a Level 1, 20 minutes with a strength intensity of 60.
Belt, you’re gonna become my best friend from now on. Better help me tone my abs so I can swim better!
