
This is just a quick note on tonight’s gym time. I already published a post for today so this one is a log for my own reference.

Time with the Machines and Pool

- Lat Pulldown 11.5kg, 10x
- Hip Flexer 5x
- Abdominal 40x
- Running 30min = 3km at 5.5-7.5km/h, slope 2.0%
- Diet Trainer 5min @ 25
- Leg Press 10x
- Pool – 60min of crawl and backstroke drills

I could actually feel some improvement: when I first joined the gym I could only do 1 rep at the Hip Flexer (where you stand and let your legs hang, and then use your ab muscles to bring up your legs to hip level), now I can do 5 🙂
